Policy on Returns and Exchanges
- Before you send the product, you must always fill in the Return/Exchange request form. You will be notified by which cargo you send if your refund or exchange request is accepted. If you submit a refund without filling out the request form, the package will return to you again.
- Printed and personal items can not be returned.
- The return period is 14 calendar days.
- The period of change is 30 calendar days.
1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
