General Shipping Information

All products are shipped via DHL and other reputable international courier companies. We offer worldwide delivery to all countries. Products may be shipped as ready-made items or as customized/processed products depending on your order.

Customized Products

Products that include printing, personalization, or any custom processing will always require your final approval before production begins. We will not start any customization without your confirmation.

Once you approve the final design, the customization process begins, and the product becomes a special, made-to-order item. Therefore, personalized products cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Policy

In general, returns or exchanges are not offered on our website.

However, returns/exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

  • The product you received is defective.
  • The product you received is incorrect (different from what you ordered).

In such cases, shipping costs will be covered by our company.

For all other situations, including:

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer,
  • Change of mind,
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information,

a return/exchange is possible only if you cover the related shipping and operational costs.

Delivery Options

  • DHL Express: 1–3 business days
  • DHL Economy: 7–10 business days
  • Local Delivery Services: 15–20 business days
  • Pallet Delivery (large-volume orders): 20–30 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary depending on the destination country and operational conditions.

Customs & Import Duties

Customs regulations vary by country. Your shipment may or may not be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or inspection.

  • Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If customs duties apply, the courier company will contact you directly.
  • Customs procedures depend entirely on the legal regulations of the destination country.

These processes are outside the control and responsibility of our company.

Order Preparation Time

Ready-to-ship products are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Tracking details are also available in your account under “My Orders”.

Production Time for Customized Products

Production time varies depending on the product and the customization process.

Examples:

  • Wedding cards: approximately 5–7 business days
  • Pizza boxes, product boxes, packaging materials: production time depends on the material and quantity

The final production time will be confirmed with you before processing begins.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Although rare, international shipments may occasionally be delayed, damaged, or lost.

Standard procedure:

  • If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, you must request a damage report from the courier.
  • The investigation process is carried out by the shipping company.
  • No replacements or refunds can be issued until the investigation is completed.
  • Liability for lost/damaged shipments belongs to the shipping company.

Address Issues

Delays, additional charges, or returns caused by:

  • incorrect address,
  • incomplete address,
  • customer not being available at the delivery location,

are the customer’s responsibility.
