Sale Terms and Conditions

1. About These Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed through the Printmarket.eu website and any related online sales channels operated under the Printmarket.eu name (the “Website”). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the version available on the Website at the time you place your order. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records.

These Terms do not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country of residence.

2. Company Information and Contracting Parties

The seller and contracting party for all products purchased via the Website is:

The Printmarket.eu name and website are operated as an online sales channel of Smart Life Products Limited.

Orders are processed, packed and shipped from Türkiye by:

Extra Ideas Bilişim İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi
Istanbul, Türkiye
acting as logistics, warehousing and fulfilment service provider on behalf of Smart Life Products Limited.

In the Netherlands, Extra Ideas BV (Amsterdam) acts only as a contact and correspondence address. Extra Ideas BV is not a contracting party to the sales contract, does not sell or deliver products, and has no legal or financial liability for orders placed via the Website.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the sales contract for all orders placed on the Website is concluded solely between you and Smart Life Products Limited. The sales contract may be concluded in the English language.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Each order you submit via the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the products listed in your order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or reject any order. Your order may, for example, be rejected if:

  • there is an error or incompleteness in the information you provided;
  • there is an obvious error on the Website (such as an incorrect price or description);
  • the products ordered are no longer available; or
  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

After you submit your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted, and the sales contract is formed, when we dispatch the products and send you a shipping confirmation email.

If you do not receive an order confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us before placing a new order for the same products.

4. Product Information and Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices and availability information shown on the Website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, to change or update product information, prices, shipping fees and availability, and to discontinue products at any time. Such changes will not affect any order that has already been accepted and confirmed.

Some products may not be available in all countries. Any territorial or shipping restrictions will be indicated on the Website where possible.

5. Prices, Taxes and Payment

The price of each product is the price shown on the Website at the time you place your order. Prices are indicated in the currency shown on the Website and are exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes as indicated during checkout.

Shipping and handling charges are shown separately at checkout and depend on the delivery address, shipping method and order value.

Customs duties, import taxes and local charges may be applied by your local customs or tax authorities. These charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Payment methods are displayed during the checkout process and may include, for example, credit/debit card, PayPal or other online payment services provided by our payment partners. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

6. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

Orders are normally shipped from Türkiye by Extra Ideas Bilişim İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi on behalf of Smart Life Products Limited.

We offer different delivery options, which may include express courier, economy courier, local delivery services and pallet or freight delivery for bulk orders. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

The products become your property once full payment has been received and the products are delivered to the delivery address you provided. After delivery, you are responsible for any loss, damage or theft of the products.

Shipments may be subject to customs clearance in the destination country. Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by local authorities are your responsibility. The carrier will normally contact you directly if such charges apply. We cannot influence these charges and are not liable for them.

7. Customer-Initiated Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request changes to or cancellation of your order before it has been processed for shipment by contacting us as soon as possible. Once your order has been packed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel or modify it. In such cases, the order will be handled in accordance with the Returns and Refunds section below.

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

8.1 Returns in Case of Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where:

  • the product you receive is faulty or defective at the time of delivery;
  • the product is damaged during transport and arrives in an unusable condition; or
  • the product does not correspond to the description or specifications on the Website, or you receive the wrong product.

In such cases, you must notify us within a reasonable period after discovering the issue (we recommend within 14 days of delivery) and follow our instructions for return or evidence submission. If your claim is accepted, reasonable return shipping costs will be borne by us, or a replacement may be sent without the need to return the product, depending on the case.

We reserve the right to inspect the returned products before confirming any refund or replacement. This section does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

8.2 Returns for Non-Faulty Products (Change of Mind, Wrong Choice, etc.)

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are correctly produced and delivered as ordered and are not faulty, damaged or incorrect.

However, as a gesture of goodwill and subject to our prior written approval, we may exceptionally accept a return or exchange for non-faulty products, provided that:

  • you contact us in advance and obtain our written approval;
  • the products are unused, undamaged and, where applicable, in their original packaging; and
  • all costs and charges related to the return are borne entirely by you, including: original shipping costs, return shipping costs, any customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges on the original and return shipment, and any additional handling, banking or processing fees.

In such discretionary returns, we may also apply a restocking or handling fee. The amount of such fee will be communicated to you in advance. If you do not agree to pay these costs, we will not be able to accept the return.

8.3 Personalized and Custom-Made Products

Products that are manufactured or printed specifically according to your request (for example, custom-printed boxes, personalized invitations, branded packaging, or other made-to-order items) are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect as described above.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts or goodwill;
  • any loss of data or corruption of data;
  • any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage; or
  • any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.

Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any order will not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the products concerned. Your statutory rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.

10. Personal Data and Privacy

When you create an account or place an order via the Website, you provide us with certain personal data. We will use this data to process and fulfil your orders, arrange shipment and delivery, handle payments, returns and customer service, and comply with legal obligations.

We may share your personal data with our logistics partners (including Extra Ideas Bilişim İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi and carriers such as DHL) and payment service providers strictly for these purposes. Our collection and use of personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any sales contract between you and Smart Life Products Limited shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Where mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence provide you with more favourable rights, such mandatory rules shall prevail to the extent required.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any sales contract shall, subject to any mandatory legal provisions, be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong.
