1. About These Terms of Sale

These Sale Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed through the Printmarket.eu website and any related online sales channels operated under the Printmarket.eu name (the “Website”).

By placing an order through the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. These Terms form part of the sales contract between you and the seller identified below.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the version available on the Website at the time you place your order. We recommend that you save or print a copy of the applicable Terms for your records.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory statutory rights that may apply to you under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

2. Company Information and Contracting Parties

The Printmarket.eu name and Website are operated as an online sales channel of Smart Life Products Limited.

Orders are processed, prepared, packed and shipped from Türkiye by:

Extra Ideas Bilişim İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi
Istanbul, Türkiye
acting as logistics, warehousing and fulfilment service provider on behalf of Smart Life Products Limited.

In the Netherlands, Extra Ideas BV (Amsterdam) acts only as a contact and correspondence address. Extra Ideas BV is not a contracting party to the sales contract, does not sell or deliver products, and has no legal or financial liability for orders placed through the Website.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the sales contract for all orders placed through the Website is concluded solely between you and Smart Life Products Limited. The sales contract may be concluded in the English language.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Each order submitted through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the products listed in the order. We reserve the right, at our reasonable discretion, to accept or reject an order.

An order may be rejected, cancelled or placed on hold, for example, where:

• there is an error or incompleteness in the information provided;
• there is an obvious error on the Website, including an incorrect price or product description;
• the products ordered are no longer available;
• delivery to the specified destination is not possible or is subject to legal or logistical restrictions; or
• we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.

After you submit an order, you may receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. Unless otherwise stated, the sales contract is formed when we accept the order and dispatch the products, together with a shipping confirmation.

4. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, specifications and availability information displayed on the Website are accurate and up to date. However, minor errors, omissions or variations may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions and to change or update product information, prices, shipping fees and availability. Such changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Some products may not be available for delivery to every country. Any known territorial, legal or shipping restrictions will be indicated on the Website where reasonably possible.

5. Prices, Taxes, Customs and Import Charges

The price of each product is the price displayed on the Website at the time you place your order. Applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed during checkout where required or technically available.

Shipping and handling charges are shown separately during checkout and may depend on the delivery address, shipping method and order value.

Customers are responsible for checking, before placing an order, whether their country may impose any import duties, taxes or other charges on the products ordered.

We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, storage charges, government fees or other charges imposed by authorities or carriers in the destination country, except where such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

If a shipment is delayed, held, returned or otherwise affected because required customs procedures, documents, payments or actions have not been completed by the customer or the destination-country authorities, we will not be responsible for the resulting delay or additional costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Shipping, Carriers and Delivery Times

Orders are normally processed, prepared, packed and shipped from Türkiye by Extra Ideas Bilişim İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi on behalf of Smart Life Products Limited.

Depending on the destination and the nature of the order, shipments may be delivered through FedEx or other international and local courier or logistics companies.

Delivery times displayed on the Website or communicated by the carrier are estimated delivery times only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Accordingly, any delivery timeframe provided by FedEx or another carrier should be understood as an indicative estimate and not as a guaranteed number of days or guaranteed delivery date.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, government agencies, weather conditions, transportation disruptions or other events outside our reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Tracking information, where available, may be provided by the carrier. Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, certain delivery information and procedures may be controlled directly by the carrier.

7. Customer Delivery Information and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including the recipient's name, delivery address, postal code, telephone number and any other information required for successful delivery.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, refusal to accept the shipment, failure to complete required customs procedures or failure to pay applicable charges, the customer may be responsible for resulting additional shipping, storage, return or handling costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Payment Processing and Payment Service Providers

Payment methods available at checkout may include credit or debit cards, PayPal and other payment methods provided through third-party payment service providers.

Payments are processed through the relevant payment service provider, bank, card network or other financial institution. We do not directly control the technical processing, authorization, verification, settlement, currency conversion, security checks, account restrictions or processing times applied by such third parties.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that payment transactions may be subject to the terms, conditions, security procedures and processing rules of the relevant payment service provider, card issuer, bank or financial institution.

Where a refund or cancellation is approved by us, the refund will normally be initiated through the original payment method or the relevant payment service provider. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment service provider, card issuer, bank or other financial institution and may therefore vary.

Payment reversals, chargebacks, payment disputes, verification procedures, temporary holds and other payment-related actions may likewise be subject to the rules and procedures of the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation or other mandatory rights that you may have under applicable law. Where we are legally required to provide a refund, our obligation to provide the refund remains subject to applicable law; however, the technical processing and timing of the transaction may remain outside our direct control.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request a change to or cancellation of your order before it has been processed for shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been prepared, packed, handed over to the carrier or dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

Any cancellation request will be subject to these Terms and to any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the customer.

10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

10.1 Please Ask Before Ordering

We understand that customers may sometimes need additional information before purchasing a product.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding a product, including its dimensions, specifications, material, intended application, compatibility, quantity or any other characteristic, please contact us before placing your order.

Where available, customers may also request a sample before purchasing if they need to evaluate the product before committing to an order.

We strongly recommend that customers do not place an order if they are uncertain whether a product is suitable for their intended use. Please ask us first and allow us to provide the information or assistance available to us.

10.2 Customer Responsibility Before Ordering

The customer is responsible for reviewing the product description, specifications, dimensions, quantities and other relevant information before placing an order.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have had the opportunity to review the available product information and, where necessary, contact us for clarification before purchasing.

Where a customer chooses to place an order without requesting clarification or a sample despite having questions or concerns about the product, the customer accepts responsibility for that purchasing decision, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

10.3 No Returns for Correctly Supplied Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been correctly supplied in accordance with the customer's order.

This includes, without limitation, requests based on:

• change of mind;
• incorrect size selected by the customer;
• incorrect quantity selected by the customer;
• the product not being suitable for the customer's intended application;
• personal preference;
• dissatisfaction with the product despite the product conforming to the order; or
• any other reason that is not caused by an error, defect or failure attributable to us.

This policy applies in particular because products may be specifically sized, prepared, packaged, labelled or otherwise processed for the individual order and may therefore not be reasonably suitable for resale to another customer.

10.4 Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Products – Our Responsibility

The above no-return policy does not apply where the problem is caused by an error attributable to us.

If we have sent the wrong product, supplied a substantially incorrect size or quantity, or the product has a manufacturing, preparation or fulfilment defect attributable to us, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Where the issue is confirmed to have resulted from an error or defect on our part, we will review the situation and, where appropriate and required by applicable law, provide a replacement, correction, refund or other appropriate solution.

Where a product has been damaged during transportation, please notify us promptly and provide photographs or other reasonable evidence requested by us so that we can investigate the matter with the relevant carrier.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under the applicable laws of the customer's country.

10.5 Personalized, Sized and Made-to-Order Products

Products that are manufactured, cut, sized, printed, prepared, labelled, packaged or otherwise customized specifically according to the customer's order are considered made-to-order products.

Such products cannot be returned or exchanged merely because the customer has changed their mind or is dissatisfied with a correctly fulfilled order.

Customers are therefore strongly encouraged to contact us before ordering if they require clarification regarding dimensions, specifications, intended use, compatibility or other product characteristics.

11. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

We shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs procedures, governmental actions, carrier disruptions, strikes, transportation interruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, technical failures, war, civil unrest or other similar events.

Where such circumstances affect an order, we will make reasonable efforts to provide relevant information and, where possible, assist the customer in resolving the issue.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts or goodwill;
• loss or corruption of data;
• indirect, consequential or special loss or damage; or
• loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.

Our total aggregate liability in respect of any order will not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the products concerned, except where a higher amount is required by mandatory applicable law.

13. Personal Data and Privacy

When you create an account or place an order through the Website, you provide us with certain personal data. We use this information to process and fulfil orders, arrange shipment and delivery, process payments, handle returns and customer service requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We may share relevant personal data with our logistics partners, fulfilment providers, carriers such as FedEx or other delivery companies, and payment service providers where reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Our collection and use of personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any sales contract between you and Smart Life Products Limited shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Where mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence provide you with more favourable rights, those mandatory rules shall prevail to the extent required by applicable law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any sales contract shall, subject to mandatory legal provisions, be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong.
